The room was fine. It was a Comfy room. I loved how clean it was. The bed was huge and I got an awesome night's sleep. I appreciated the simple but tasty breakfast.
My experience had some hiccups. The reception greeting seemed a bit rushed. It lacked a personal touch. The room felt quite cramped. The curtains were not properly attached to the wall. This made it look cheap.

charmed by the details
first class food super clean room valuable treatment
the food in the restaurant was first class. my room was super clean. the spa had special offers available for treatments, i found them to be really good value. (i'll definitely use them next time!).
the changing facilities felt a bit inadequate before my room was ready. i found this to be a minor inconvenience.

the spa facilities include jacuzzis, hot tubs, and steam and sauna rooms. there is even a mini 'beach' area complete with sunbeds. qr codes are available around the spa area to order drinks, i thought that was pretty good.

huge bed outdoor bathtub
The room had a huge bed. It was very comfortable. breakfast was simple but very good. i enjoyed the outdoor bathtub in the room and the spa was quiet when i went.
the staff wasn't the most friendly when i checked in.

Relaxing Spa and Excellent Service
room upgrade delicious cocktails great atmosphere cosy room
I enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade I received upon arrival. It was a lovely surprise. Danny in the spa. The food in the restaurant also stood out. The bar had a great atmosphere. I really appreciated the clean, cosy room during my anniversary stay.
My only minor issue involved the hot tubs, as they were difficult to access during busy periods. It might be useful to limit each person's time to allow others to enjoy them.
